Lala Hasanova joined the firm in April 2008, specializing in Azerbaijani commercial and company law matters.  She regularly advises foreign companies on different aspects of Azerbaijani legislation, including production sharing and host government agreements. Her experience also covers advising various clients on employment, customs, tax, environmental, data protection, licensing, sports, competition and anti-monopoly related issues.

Lala has extensive experience with tax matters having originally been a tax consultant at PWC.
