Junior Associate Vacancy:

We’re pleased to announce a new vacancy of a Junior Associate.

Job Description:

• Working closely with team members to prepare memorandums and legal opinions  on Azerbaijani law matters
• Scheduling and conducting depositions of witnesses and experts
• Researching Azerbaijani legal concepts, judicial decisions, legislation and regulations
• Providing proper legal citation and statutory interpretation while preparing advice notes to client
• Maintaining accurate files for clients, notes and reports
• Writing legal documents such as contracts, lawsuits, deeds and appeals

Qualifications:

• Graduates from Law Faculty
• Good written and verbal knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
