Kamal Huseynl

Kamal Huseynli brings over 16 years of experience in corporate law, finance, energy, and tax compliance to his role. With a deep understanding of both conventional and non-conventional energy projects, Kamal has provided comprehensive legal advice to multinational financial institutions and corporations, particularly in project finance and secured loan financing within Azerbaijan. His recent work includes advising on major renewable energy projects, such as the 230MW solar power plant and the 240MW wind power plant, financed by a syndicate of international lenders.

Kamal is well-versed in drafting and reviewing contracts, including loan, sale and purchase, and distributorship agreements. He has also played a key role in corporate restructuring and has represented both foreign and local companies in a wide range of disputes, from debt recovery to tax and insolvency matters.
