Advised international lenders, including Société Générale, on downstream financing for Turkey’s Project Star refinery.
Counselled ADB, EBRD, and IDB on due diligence and financing for Azerbaijan’s first renewable energy projects.
Represented lenders in the $3.6 billion financing of the BTC pipeline, including security and land use rights.
Provided legal support to Eximbank for financing the acquisition of two Boeing 757s by Azerbaijan Airlines.
Acted as local counsel for the financing of the Baku Coca-Cola Bottling Plant.
Assisted in the acquisition and restructuring of major corporations, including AXA’s purchase of MBASK Insurance.
Advised the Azerbaijani government on its first independent power project in Baku.
