Aygun joined the firm in April 2014. Prior to joining MGB, she worked as a lawyer at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.

Aygun specialises in commercial and contract law, especially she is dealing with compliance matters related to competition and antimonopoly law. She is regularly advising foreign companies on Merger control requirements and competition and corporate aspects of acquisition of participation interests of foreign companies. She also advises companies in relation to key commercial transactions and is experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, such as distribution, agency, franchising and purchasing agreements.

She is also regularly representing Black Sea Trade and Development Bank in respect of financing of the major local bank regarding their security assignment issues.
